Refund Policy: NO REFUNDS for any reason. We hire and schedule instructors based upon registration numbers.
Make Up Policy: We do not offer make up classes for any reason.
Credit Policy: Credits are issued only for an illness WITH PRIOR NOTICE TO THE OFFICE or pool closures. Credits are not issued for conflicts with other activities or vacations. (Limit: Two credits per session). Credits do not expire. $12 will be deducted from the session total for each credit applied. Please note: All credits must be approved through the office.
Illness: Please do not bring your child to swim lessons if they have a contagious illness including, but not limited to pink eye, diarrhea or vomiting. Please call the office and request a credit.
Late Fee: Payments are due on or before the first day of the session. After the second lesson a $5 per lesson late fee will be assessed. After the second lesson, students will not be allowed to participate in their swim lessons until their lessons have been paid for. Also, Under the Sea Swim School reserves the right to offer your scheduled time to other students if you have not paid for your lessons by the second lesson.
Inclement Weather: Under the Sea Swim School uses indoor pools. There will be no credits due to weather.
Pool Rules: All students of Under the Sea Swim School must be aware of and abide by posted pool rules.
